A Sickness by Roya

Here's an amazing live performance of a kickarse three chord tune called "A Sickness" by defunct NY band "Roya". While the band was driven by vocalist Rahill Jamalifard, drumming was provided by much missed Hamish Kilgour ... well, until he was kicked out that is.

A Sickness was included on their solitary self-titled album from 2017. I particularly love this live version because you get the full Hamish percussion experience. Keep an eye on his shoulders (when he appears) and listen out for the tempo speeding up as the song progresses. Fans of The Clean will particularly dig it.

The performance was recorded at Brooklyn based Internet only radio station called Viva Radio in December, 2014.
